Reservation Policy:
For all stays a deposit of 50% is due upon booking, and the balance due upon arrival.
The deposit is transferable to another time, if you need to cancel, but it is not refundable. No Pets.
Payment types:
Cheques, travelers cheques, e-transfers or money orders are accepted as payment, however a Visa or Mastercard will be required to hold your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
The Deposit is non-refundable, but you can transfer the deposit to another time if you need to cancel.
We request 48 hours cancellation notice.
Damage Deposit:
Any damage to the property will be the sole responsibility of the party booking the reservation, a credit card number will be taken at time of booking for this purpose.
