All rates are based on double occupancy.

Reservation Policy

For all stays a deposit of 25% of the total will be needed to hold reservations.

2 night minimum stay.

Payment types

Cheques, traveler’s cheques, or money orders are accepted as payment, however a Visa or MasterCard will be required to hold your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund – no less than 7 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellations less than seven days from the booked date will forfeit the 25% deposit.

Holidays (e.g. Christmas, New Year’s) are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date.

Damage Deposit

Any damage to the property will be the sole responsibility of the party booking the reservation, a credit card number will be taken at time of booking for this purpose.

 * Above pet rates, are per pet, more than two pets in any one suite will need special permission.

    All pets must have proof of current vaccines.

    Pets are not to be left unattended on the property, Pet daycare , Pet foods etc , local vet .

    Pets are not to sleep on or use beds or bedding, thank you.

    Owner reserves the right to have any pets that cause a disturbance removed from the property.

    The renter who books the property is responsible for any and all damages caused by any pet or persons

    during the stay.
